Who Are We? What Do We Do?

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide hope, light, and happiness to families in need throughout the LC Valley region. We do this by providing assistance in the form of not just traditional clothes and toys for children, but also critical household needs to help provide comfort and relief for the entire family. We are working diligently to be a resource to families in need not only during the holiday season, but year-round.

In years past these needs have included new tires for family vehicles, new household appliances, utility assistance to prevent the loss of power and/or water service, paid school lunch debt, and more. When you donate to Christmas Angels you're not just donating to another local charity - you're giving back to families in our community who have experienced hardships during the year due to an array of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, loss of employment, and other unexpected life events.

Who Do We Help?

Christmas Angels never discriminates who is eligible for our program based on race, ethnicity, color, sex, religion, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, disability, marital status, genetic information, veteran status, or other factors that are protected by law. Our goal is to help people - our fellow community members. This includes ALL of our community members.

How Are We Funded?

None of our volunteers receive any type of compensation as far as money, gifts, or any other goods or services.

We donate our time and our talents because we believe in the importance of giving back to our community. Our organization relies on many resources to make the assistance we provide possible. Our biggest source of funding comes from individual monetary donations. We also gratefully collaborate with local individuals and businesses to help provide desperately needed services and items. We enjoy participating in community events to help fundraise and spread the word about who we are, and in the future we hope to expand our ability to apply for grants (any volunteers?). â€‹â€‹â€‹

***** THANK YOU *****

A very special THANK YOU to all of the individuals and businesses who donated money and/or time, or adopted families with us in 2024.

Because of your generosity we adopted a record 36 families during the 2024 holiday season!

How many individuals is that? 238.

238 people whose lives were made easier, whose holidays were made brighter, because of YOU, our generous donors!
